There is a lot that is still unknown about the cause(s) of cancer. However, experts agree that you can prevent cancer with diet by eating healthy because certain foods can make the cells of the body healthy, thereby reducing the risk of developing the disease.
1. Eat a Lot of Natural Foods
Certain pesticides have been linked to a number of different cancers.
Therefore eating natural foods, which leads to a reduction of the amount of chemicals you allow to enter your body, is one way to prevent cancer through diet.
Grow some of the vegetables you need for cooking. Tomatoes, egg plants can easily be grown in pots or in used canned tomato cans.
2. Consume a Lot of Fruits and Vegetables

Rather, eat meats such as chicken (without the skin), turkey, Guinea fowl, quails, duck meat, and rabbit meat.
When you are processing your meat, avoid frying or grilling it because chemicals which cause cancer form when meat is cooked at high temperatures.
7. Eat a Lot of Fiber
According to research, when you increase your daily fiber intake by 10 grams it reduces the risk of getting colon cancer by 10%.
Fiber can be found in foods such as:

8. Drink Green Tea
Instead of drinking ordinary tea, take a cup of green tea every morning thirty minutes after eating your breakfast, if you want to prevent cancer with diet.
Green tea contains antioxidants which protect the cells of the body from suffering damage as well as helping to boost the immune system, in addition to activating enzymes that prevent the growth of cancerous tumors.
To increase the effectiveness of the green tea, drink it without milk and sugar. Just add a few drops of lemon juice.
